Walk for Clarity 2023: Towards a mentally and physically healthier you

In the pursuit of our society’s view of success and achievements, many battle silently with stress and persistent anxiety that can lead to depression. It is time for us to come together to help overcome these mental health challenges that are affecting our friends and family.

Our #WalkforClarity 2023, a Virtual Walkathon taking place from 29 July to 31 August, aims to be more than a charity event. This initiative offers a strong platform for promoting mental health, increasing awareness and fostering a caring community for those who need our support. We can motivate our loved ones to recognise mental wellbeing as an essential aspect of our overall health and manage it with the same importance as our physical health. Find out more!
