We need your support to shout out the importance of mental health, break the stigma surrounding seeking help and empower persons struggling with mental health challenges to lead rewarding lives.
Every distance you clock and every dollar you raise in this event will further help us support individuals in the community with mental health issues by:This is a good opportunity to kickstart your walking routine too as walking has shown to help reduce stress and boost one’s mental health and overall well-being.
So, are you up for mental health – for yourself, your loved ones and your community?
At Clarity Singapore, we are passionate about helping individuals struggling with their mental health lead meaningful lives. Besides therapy, we conduct programmes and workshops to raise awareness, encourage help-seeking behaviour and endeavour to identify services the community may require.
I came to Clarity Singapore feeling extremely unstable, I didn’t know what I wanted or needed. I just felt sad and wanted to escape reality so bad. Then I met my therapist and she has been so, so amazing in this journey. She was very patient with me throughout and was able to draw out a lot of strengths in me throughout the entire process. She taught me a lot of relaxation techniques to ground myself and made me realise a lot of things that I never thought I would realise. She helped me grow a lot personally and I’m eternally grateful to her.

The Mental Health Landscape in Singapore
According to the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), about 13% of the general population in Singapore reported experiencing depression or anxiety symptoms between May 2020 to June 2021, a year into the pandemic.
In our financial year 2021, Clarity Singapore had served 1,268 beneficiaries (an increase of 17% over the previous year) and conducted 5,945 sessions. About 47% of our service users were unemployed or students.
Mental health has increasingly been a necessary component of total health and well-being. Each one of us needs to take ownership of our mental health – and as a community, reach out to those who need our help.
Come, join us and be an Advocate for mental health.
