Clarity Singapore is committed to maintaining a high standard of integrity and honesty. Board members, staff, volunteers and interns are encouraged to report any wrongdoing in relation to controls, fraud and ethics.

Clarity encourages the reporter of the violation to put their names to their allegations whenever possible.

All valid concerns or irregularities reported will be treated with confidence throughout the process and be disclosed only to the extent required for investigation or by law.

Any complaints will be investigated, giving consideration to:

  • Seriousness of complaint(s).
  • Credibility of complaint(s).
  • Likelihood of confirming the allegation from attributable sources and information provided.
     

Reporting by Employees

Employees could, in good faith, raise legitimate concerns about any serious wrongdoing/malpractices with the assurance that they will be protected from reprisals or victimisation.

 

Volunteers and Interns

Likewise, Volunteers and Interns should not fear any retaliation or unfair treatment by Clarity if the complaints are lodged in good faith.

 

How to make a report

If you have any concerns or have noticed any form of unethical or improper activity, you may lodge a report through our email at [email protected]. Whistle blowers are encouraged to provide their identity when reporting to facilitate investigations. The whistle blower’s identity will be held in strict confidence.
